Location, Location, Location. This cabin has the right location in soo many ways. First its located only an hour and 15 mins from Atlanta. Second nestled right between Blue Ridge and Ellijay. Most important is that it is located on the backside of a mountain, high enough for a view but down low enough to block the wind. It also has a level yard with room for a garden. Rocking chairs on the front porch listening to the sounds of nature. It doesn't get any better. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and a large loft area that is currently being used as the master. With a little tree trimming you would see all three mountains! There are no restrictions for short term rentals in the community. Great community with a private lake stocked with Bass and bream just passed your new driveway. House is occupied so first availability to Show is this Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th from 11-4. Gravel Driveway is not steep but you will need front wheel or 4 wheel drive .
